You can get to Phuket anytime on the Thursday night and pick-ups from the airport will be arranged for you.
In order to NOT take leave on Thursday, best to catch the Airasia KL-Phuket at 820pm...you will get to Peterpan on time for dinner.
On returning, catch the Airasia Phuket-KL at 510pm (Thai time) and you will be back in KL in time for dinner on Tuesday.
